Iron Filbert Vineyard
Located in the Dundee Hills, the epicenter of the willamette Valley. The Iron Filbert Vineyard is a former hazelnut orchard. We replanted the property in 2013 to thirteen high density acres of Pinot Noir and two acres of Chardonnay, farmed organically.
The Iron Filbert Vineyard is southern facing and runs north/south. Ranging in elevation from 300 to 500 feet with Jory soil that is iron-rich, volcanic soil embedded with basalt boulders that were deposited by glacial flow from the Missoula Floods.
The first vintage from our Iron Filbert Vineyard was in 2015.
