ASHLEY BAchaumard | General Manager

With her vast experience in wine, culinary arts, and Michelin Star service, Ashley brings a high level of hospitality and knowledge to the team. Ashley is an Oregon native, who went to the University of Denver in Colorado for Hospitality Management. After college Ashley managed a farm-to-table restaurant in Denver then moved to Napa, California, where she worked at The French Laundry and Realm Cellars.

 
 
 

Amanda Garcia | Hospitality Manager

Amanda is a native Oregonian who recently joined the Domaine Roy & fils team. She has an extensive background in luxury fashion at some of the industry’s premier portfolios. The exposure to refined elegance led to her wine introduction and eventual passion. On her days off, she enjoys going on hikes with her dog Olaf, exploring neighboring vineyards, and spending time with family and friends.

As an Oregon Native, Rachel grew up in the Willamette Valley and is now based locally in Newberg. After working in a handful of tasting rooms, she has found a home at Domaine Roy & fils. She graduated from Portland State with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Beyond her professional acumen, her passion for wine unites her curiosity for art and farming. This pairs perfectly with her love of cooking. Whether cultivating experiences or exploring the nuances of viticulture, Rachel is dedicated to broadening the reach of Willamette Valley wines.

Brandon Gross | Assistant winemaker

A native Oregonian, Brandon studied finance at Southern Oregon University but has always had a passion for wine. Returning to the Domaine Roy family as an Assistant Winemaker, he previously worked harvest with us in 2016 and 2017. With hard work and dedication over countless vintages, he has learned what it takes to make benchmark wines. When Brandon is not in the cellar making wine, you can find him on the tennis courts, mountain biking a local trail, foraging for mushrooms, and spending quality time with his family.

Andrew Hurley | Hospitality Associate

Andrew grew up in the Pacific Northwest and lived briefly in Brooklyn, New York. He loves music, art, food, and all things that bring people together, eventually leading him into the world of wine. After returning to his old stomping grounds in the Willamette Valley, he continues to study Physical Therapy, and hopes to develop his skills in the wine industry along the way. You can find him trying out new restaurants around Portland or at the gym, weightlifting. Next time you see him, share your favorite Spotify playlist or your best fish taco recipe with him.

Val was born in San Jose, Costa Rica, and moved to McMinnville, Oregon when she was six. Growing up in the Willamette Valley with winemaker family friends exposed her to the artistic beauty behind its craftsmanship and the wonderful community of wine. In her free time, you can find her in the ceramics studio creating handmade pieces, hiking, and paddle boarding.

 
 
 

Steve McGuire | CELLARMASTER

Born and raised in New Jersey, Steve studied biochemistry at Rutgers University before shifting into the wine industry. He earned a master's in viticulture and enology at UC Davis and has done harvests in Napa, Sonoma, Spain, and Argentina, working in both the vineyard and cellar. Steve moved to Oregon and joined Domaine Roy & fils in 2023. When not making wine, you'll find him hiking and homebrewing.

A native Oregonian, Joslyn moved to the heart of the Willamette Valley six years ago, where she quickly fell in love with the culture of the local wine world and decided to be a part of it. With over 20 years of experience in accounting and office management, bookkeeping became an easy transition into the wine industry. Joslyn has a passion for wine, people, and the beauty of the vineyards. Her hands-on energy and desire to help with anything make her a welcomed addition to our team.

Seline Richard joins our team as Tasting Room Manager. Seline comes to us with a background in managing award-winning tasting rooms and bars. Her journey as a hospitality professional within the wine industry has been shaped by nearly a decade of learning all aspects of the craft, including production. Hailing from the serene Sierra Foothills of California, she has spent the past 11 years in the Pacific Northwest, driven by an unwavering passion for discovering the finest expressions of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Seline has cultivated a unique perspective, emphasizing the creation of tailored experiences that extend a warm invitation for all to delve into the art of wine appreciation. With a profound dedication to storytelling, she continues to bridge the gap between the vineyard and the visitor, ensuring that each tasting experience is a harmonious blend of expertise, hospitality, and the pure joy of sharing exceptional wines.
